Alice Keyser

Alice Jean "Jeanie" Keyser, born January 14, 1936, passed peacefully on Monday, September 3 2018 at the age of 82. She is survived by her 5 children: Kim Keyser, Cheryl Turner and Rodney Turner, Mark Keyser, Gloria Keyser and Dan Keyser and his partner Mary Olson.  “Adopted” sibling Melissa Shelton. Grandchildren: Michelle Rector Dugger, Erik Hanson, Daniel Hanson, Lucas Turner and Phoenix Keyser. Great Grandchildren Isaac Dugger and Victor Hanson.

Brothers Bud and his wife Jan Jackson, Ed and his wife Terri Jackson, and sister Janice Jackson Coffing, 6 Nephews, 7 Nieces and several great Nieces and Nephews.

Jeanie was a red-headed green-eyed badmamajama! Dancing Queen, chief cook and bottle washer, Taekwondo Black Belt; a lover of wine, music, nature and her Irish-Cherokee Heritage. Here in WNC she worked in retail sales and marketing for the Biltmore Estate Winery and the GSM Oconoluftee Visitors Center.
