John Peters

John Kevin Peters, 66, of Morganton, NC, passed away at his home on April 24, 2021.

Born November 24, 1954, John was the son of the late Nolan and Faye Peters, of Marion, NC.

He is preceded in death by one brother, Melvin Peters, and one sister, Donna Brooks.

John is survived by his wife, Edith Peters; a son, Danny Hayden, and his wife, Angie; two daughters, Darlene Newton and her husband, John, and Peggy Belcher and her fiance, Eric; nine grandchildren and one great-grandson; one brother, Ed Peters; and two sisters, Marty Walker and Gloria Steele.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to John's wife, Edith Peters, at 1621 Hill Haven Circle, Morganton, NC 28655.
