Lynn Green Hargraves, 69, of Rutherfordton passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024.

Lynn was born May 31, 1954 to the late Julia and Wade Green of Rutherfordton. She was a graduate of R-S Central High School. She attended Isothermal Community College where she received her cosmetology license. She was a hair stylist for over 15 years before becoming a pet groomer because of her love of dogs. She not only groomed them but showed dogs professionally with her son Josh.

Lynn was preceded in death by her mother Julia Green, father Wade Green and son Joshua Horne. Left to cherish her memory are her son Jeremy Horne (Beth) of Rutherfordton, sisters Carolyn Kuhl and Jane McSwain (Dale) of Rutherford County, granddaughter Taylor Gagnon (Tim), grandsons Gage Horne (Eniya), Jeremy Scott, Luke Horne, step-granddaughter Adrianna Jenkins, great-grandson Oliver Gagnon and great-granddaughter Simora Horne.

In honor of Lynn's wishes, no formal services will be held.
