Robert Dumont

Robert Malone Dumont, 67, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville.

He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed staying active and being social. He's a very special person with a zest for life who will be dearly missed.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Robert Charles Dumont; his mother, Agnes Letterman Harper; brother, Kenneth Eugene Allen; and sister, Cheri Ann Palmer.

He is survived by his son, Michael M. Dumont of Ohio; grandson, Brandon M. Dumont; granddaughter, Michaela Dumont; two sisters, Gayle Riley and husband Jim of Candler, NC and Tracie Waits and husband Paul of Crocker, MO; several nieces and nephews from Ohio, Missouri, Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee; and two special friends, Jerry and Tracey.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Florida.
