Stephen Boyce

Stephen Lee Boyce, 62, of Asheville, struggled with multiple medical conditions resulting in his death on March 2, 2019 at Mission Hospital Memorial Campus.  Stephen was born in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania on August 23, 1956 to Hazel and Neal Boyce.  He grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey until he enlisted in the United States Air Force serving from 1980 to 1992.  He then resided in Mesa, Arizona where he met his wife Mary and they moved to Asheville in 2013.

He was preceded in death by his sister Patricia Burghout.

Stephen is survived by his wife Mary along with sister-in-law Judy and her husband Joe Dillin, brother-in-laws Bill Burghout and Stephen Galler, nephews Scott Dillin and wife Megan and Ross Dillin and wife Cassady, Billy and Adam Burghout, great nieces and nephew Kira and Brogan Dillin, and Isabel Burghout.

Steve will be truly missed by all.
