Franklin
Victoria Elizabeth Adams (Johnson) Horton passed away on January 17th, 2020 in her home in Franklin, North Carolina, after an extended illness. Born in 1924 outside Wilmington in New Hanover County, Mrs. Horton, or Lib as she was known to her friends, lived and raised her family in Burlington, before retiring to Franklin in 1999. A private memorial service will be observed in the family home in Franklin, North Carolina. Any condolences may be addressed to the family at 332 Valley Lane, Franklin, NC 28734.
